How it Works

All-Inclusive Experience

Packages are available at our partner resort, Barceló Riviera Maya, a luxurious all-inclusive escape nestled along the pristine beaches of the Mexican Caribbean. This resort features six different towers/areas, each offering exclusive offerings.

Guests staying at the Riviera Maya tower can eat and drink everywhere. Guests at Maya Caribe and Maya Beach can eat and drink everywhere except the Riviera and Palace towers. All guests can drink at the Riviera pool during the pool stage shows.

Packages include a room (amenities listed below), all-inclusive food and drinks, all music events, and transportation to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Quick Points

  • Packages are sold as a full room. Each room has a maximum occupancy allowed.
  • When checking out, the lead booker has 3 different payment options: Full Purchase, Payment Plan, or Split With Friends (SWF).
  • The lead booker controls the rooming list. After checking out, the lead booker will receive a confirmation email with a link to fill out the rooming form to add guests to the booking. Rooming forms are due Tuesday, October 21st.
  • We offer a wide range of package options! Look through the different options below before heading to the ticket page.

Pricing

All package prices listed below are per person. For example, the Barceló Maya Riviera Junior Suite (Doubles & Sofa Bed) package is as follows...

  • If 1 person books the room, the price is $4,300.
  • If 2 people book that room, the price is $2,150 per person.
  • If 3 people book that room, the price is $1,767 per person.
  • If 4 people book that room, the price is $1,575 per person.

Checkout Options

We offer three options for purchasing a package: Full Purchase, Payment Plan, or Split with Friends (SWF).

Full Purchase
The lead booker pays the full price of the room in one purchase. After checking out, your See Tickets confirmation email will include a link to fill out the rooming form. This is how the lead booker adds guests to their room.

Payment Plan
The lead booker pays a 10% down payment with equal monthly payments. The card you used at checkout will be charged for your scheduled payments. After checking out, your See Tickets confirmation email will include a link to fill out the rooming form.

Split With Friends (SWF)
The lead booker pays a 10% deposit for the room and is given the option to split the remaining balance onto multiple credit cards (up to four cards). After checkout, the lead booker will receive an email from the festival with their personalized room splits based on their selection. Please allow 1-2 weeks after checkout for the SWF room splits to arrive in your email. Payment plans are offered for split payments.
